dmca to domain registerator

i want to ask if the domain registrator has anything to do with dmca
deleting your domain ?

i see a popular website changes it's domain regularly due to copyright things ...

Yes and that is true, but namecheap is a US Company, US Company are DMCA Friendly, if they have a huge pressure from Anti-Piracy Organizations (MPAA, BREIN, Hollywood etc) they suspend your domain, this happens a lot of time with a thousand of websites.


If your website is "small" compared with others, you don't will be suspended easily because this anti-piracy organizations their point is to target big pirated websites. But you can prevent and avoid that by using a good domain registrar.

Namecheap is a US based company, and US is a Country DMCA Friendly, so for these organizations is easy to suspend any domain. If they want. You must find a Domain Registrar that really asks for Court Order before takedown. EasyDNS, Njal.la are currently the bests in the market.
