Hi everyone

There's a website bullying me and a bunch of other webmasters because we have used some celebrity pictures and they're just filing DMCA takedowns on every new client they get to do so.

I found out their client lost through these takedowns and removed everything from my site. Seems I forgot to remove a tag page that because of my removals is now just an empty page with no content.

They filed a DMCA on it. Should I counter claim to prevent my website from being banned from Google? WillI have to go to court in the US if they file again?

It's a small website so wouldn't make sense to pay legal fees etc. Just don't want to lose it and my Google account

It is recommended to take down the DMCA-reported content.
