I have a photo website, some one is sending me DMCA take down notices, I removed some of the pictures but the dude is asking more pics to get removed and it appears he doesnt own some of the pics that he is asking for removal...

I asked him to show me some docs to proof he is owner of pictures and he said what kind of proof do I need

Now what exactly should I asked him? forexample release documents of models? or URL of original picture on their website, I am not very familiar with procedure

Tell him you represent the law.

If the image is copyrighted it will be in a copyright data base. Ask for the url of the image in the data base.

tell him your in sweden and usa law does not apply to you thats what the piratebay does lol

I dont give a damn about laws in US, as I am not their resident or citizen but my host do care as they are in US

Can't you relocate your sites elsewhere where laws are more lax? Make the person jump through hoops, but they may feel frustrated and contact the host directly. Make sure to create backups of your site asap!
