DMCA stupidity at it peak

Hey, it depends where the DMCA request was sent to and who sent it. If it was sent to Google you can appeal through the channels that should be provided to you. If it was sent to your hosting provider you may have a bigger issue as hosting providers do not want to be involved in complicated legal issues and DMCA is a pretty beefy legal process. If I was you I would consult with a lawyer or advisor (I think there is a few free advisory bodies depending on your country). If you're based in EU, UK or USA PM me and I can give you some contacts that may be able to help.

the only another thing I can think of if you created an image or video that matched a brand to close to there image video then can get sued.

branded battles are hard to beat .

many that design images or video like there get taken down.
