DMCA risks for my business

website A -> money site B
Can B have legal issue if website A is violating DMCA and obviously promoting B (outbound links) ?

I know some of you are real experts and have perhaps met the situation I am in.
I own a legit startup in Europe, which has good potential but is going to fail due to lack of funding and marketing power. Here begins my journey on bhw, I want to build a marketing machine for my legit products and services.

I am learning SEO, writing content, building links, currently building a PBN, and experimenting with autopilot generated content websites. I intend to steal content in foreign language, translate it or rephrase it using AI, but I fear legal issues due to DMCA. Of course I will host these websites offshore, paying with monero or other anonymous methods, but at the end of the day, their outbound links will point out my legal business. Can my legal business be in trouble if a subpoena is issued due to DMCA ? What are your advices ? How would you mitigate the risks ?

They can do nothing. I run porn sites for years with copied content. They can report you to your hosting (dmca ignoring host solves the problem) they can report you to google and remove you from search results. The worst case is when they take down your domain - it happened to me once because i posted thousands of images just hotlinking them from reddit ( i used their bandwith).
Just take a look on site like recurbate - it works many years although 100s of camgirls reports it everyday for recording their shows
