TLDR:
In a situation like this:
website A -> money site B
Can B have legal issue if website A is violating DMCA and obviously promoting B (outbound links) ?
Hello everyone,
I know some of you are real experts and have perhaps met the situation I am in.
I own a legit startup in Europe, which has good potential but is going to fail due to lack of funding and marketing power. Here begins my journey on bhw, I want to build a marketing machine for my legit products and services.
I am learning SEO, writing content, building links, currently building a PBN, and experimenting with autopilot generated content websites. I intend to steal content in foreign language, translate it or rephrase it using AI, but I fear legal issues due to DMCA. Of course I will host these websites offshore, paying with monero or other anonymous methods, but at the end of the day, their outbound links will point out my legal business. Can my legal business be in trouble if a subpoena is issued due to DMCA ? I have read this https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/received-an-email-about-subpoena-from-cloudflare-i-run-adult-site.1196815/ and I am not sure if I am playing with fire or if I am becoming paranoid. What are your advices ? How would you mitigate the risks ?
