DMCA remove your content

Hi guys,
Not long ago my host received a D M C A notice that my site is linking to infringing content. The host shut me down. Now I'm offshore.
So guys give me some advice what to do if I receive again such notice.
The guy that sent the D M C A is the owner of Яem0veYourC0ntent.c0m - E_r_i_c G_r_3_3_n. I red all over the web that he is one major d..k
Any advice?

If you're linking and not hosting it, just make a privacy policy where you state that you're not responsible for anything that is NOT hosted by you.
Just copy/paste it from some big website like sidereel or something.

Unfortunately that sort of thing won't hold up if they get serious about making you remove it...
