DMCA Question

A website publish a personal photo of a my friend without permission, take from a site of ads. I have contact the webmaster but it remove the image only if i send name, surname, phone, adress of my friend. I don't want send the data to this webmaster why this is not affidable for me why is born a discussion for copyright and for the webmaster all the material publish in internet is possible republish in other sites without permission (in the photo my friend is visible in the face but the webmaster don't want remove nothing without the data). Is possibile send a DMCA without the name visilble to webmaster? Google send the data? And the hosting?

I dont think so, They need your real information to file a copyright claim and it will be visible to the webmaster who filed the claim. Correct me If I am wrong.
