Do I need to get a DMCA ignored hosting for a cpa website in gaming niche? I already have a good namecheap hosting plan, can I use that hosting? Thanks

If you're doing things that violate the DMCA, and anticipate you may get a takedown notice to your host, then you're safer coughing up the extra cash and going with a DMCA ignored host. I suggest Orange Website. They will wipe their asses with US-based takedown requests.
