Honestly, there is no such thing as a “100% DMCA ignored registrar” long-term.
Registrar level pe sab ICANN policies follow karte hain, especially for .com/.net domains — so if things escalate (court order, abuse, etc.), domain can still get suspended.
What actually matters more is:
– Jurisdiction (offshore locations)
– Hosting provider (this is where most DMCA filtering happens)
– How you structure your setup (separate registrar + DNS + hosting)
From experience, many so-called “DMCA ignored” services only ignore initial notices, not serious complaints. Even some providers that claim to ignore DMCA still suspend accounts quickly once pressure comes in.
As people here already said, it’s more about reducing friction, not being immune. Even offshore setups can be taken down or blocked if someone really pushes legally.
Best approach is to build a setup that’s flexible (backups, multiple providers, etc.) instead of relying on one “magic” registrar.
