DMCA ignored domain register?

I had problem before where i got DMCA complain on my hosting and domain as well. (hosted on DigitalOcena and domain on Namecheap).

Right now I'm switching my files to PowerUpHosting (offshore - amsterdam) so that should be fine about DMCA.

But what about domain registrar? How can I get DMCA ignored domain?

Cause maybe okey, my files will not be removed cause my hosting will ignore dmca but namecheap will not ignore and just suspend the domain?

Or I can use whatever domain I want? Can anybody explain me a bit

I was thinking about purchasing domain that is not under Verisign. For example maybe .co domain?

Get a .to or .is domain and you're good to go - it's as anonymous as it gets. They're a little more expensive but that's the price of going blackhat.

Then you will have to look at other domain extensions. Take a look at what the major torrent or pirates are using.

Even with the alternate domain extensions, you will need to use an offshore registrar such as internetbs.net. There are smaller ones but they can sometimes be shady, especially when it comes to fees.
