I need a DMCA Ignored Domain for hosting a website. It will contain movies and i don't want to get DMCA Take Down for piracy.
Any recommendation?

domain provider with DMCA. So annoying "abuse" (piracy) reports won't be a problem to me

You can check in the marketplace hosting section. There is this bulletproof hosting where you can use that type of websites.

Domains are not DMCA ignored, icann is the registrar for most of the top level domains, you cannot protect the domain from take down.

Right Web Hosting is DMCA Ignored, where as Domain is not DMCA Ignored only the thing is people are using for marketing purpose the term DMCA Domain registers
