DMCA-ignored dedicated server

Hello folks,

Looking for a host that ignores DMCA (or any other copyright notices) completely and still provides a rock-solid infrastructure.
A few suggested nForce (they are hosting motherless) but I can't find any info whether they are DMCA-ignored.

I need a dedicated server with about 50TB bandwidth (rest specs aren't that important) under a budget of $60-$70 a month. nForce is a fantastic host but not sure if they will ignore DMCA.
Any ideas?

Clearly Bluehost DO NOT ignore Copyright claims.

NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), all notifications of claimed copyright infringement on the Bluehost Inc. ("Bluehost") system or Web site should be sent ONLY to our Designated Agent.


  • Upon receipt of a Counter Notification from the Subscriber containing the information as outlined above, Bluehost will:

    • Promptly provide the Complaining Party with a copy of the Counter Notification

    • Inform the Complaining Party that it will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days following receipt of the Counter Notice;

    • Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material in not less than ten (10), nor more than fourteen (14), business days following receipt of the Counter Notice, provided Service Provider's Designated Agent has not received notice from the Complaining Party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain Subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Service Provider's network or system.
