"DMCA ignored" bulletproof residency country

i do not know if this topic fits in this correct forum.

I run a famous video hosting, and I am looking into extending my service with "DMCA ignored" bulletproof hosting.

So now my question, i would like to move to an country, where this country ignores the requests from US, such as extradition request due to copyrights.

What are your recommendations to me, in picking a country to live, that is suitable for that?

Btw, I don't see a reason why you should be doing that. Just get yourself some good offshore hosting an you will be fine.

Yes, its easy to say^^ I run a famous video hosting with over 900 servers, that are not bulletproof^^ And I would like to extend our server farm with bullet proof dedicated servers in Russia (such as veesp.com) to offer additional services for my users.

If these copyright agents do a legal action, he can get easily the customer details with the company infos etc. So I would like to move to an safe country, where it can't extradite me to the US for example.

Living in Hong Kong / China might be a option.

Not only hosting. They would try to ban the domain too. Right. How do u handle that

Yeah, it is safe to get .to and .ru / .su domains for that and encrypt the video location links too.

Btw, i can offer for the users the ability to use custom domains, it can bypass the DMCA rules.... i believe.

Haha, okay, for the gif. I dunno, i know that DMCA is an american law and it does not apply in another countries.
