DMCA hosting email not forwarding

I bought the lyrahosting and now the email is not forwarding. The email is receiving is webmail roundcube but not receiving in my gmail which is liked to the wordpress woocomerce.

Can you please help me to resolve the issue.

Make sure you have DKIM, SPF, and MX records configured, as email deliverability is important for 2-way communication on Gmail and other platforms.

Alexhost have port 25 opened by default which will allow you to send, receive emails. Even if you don't need..
Great to receive emails or send emails occasionally like SMTP service. Read the rules first, before order.

Also services like:
Proton mail is fine and works.
