DMCA Google Takedown Tools

So i just made a program to take down/delete any url from google search result by spamming google with DMCA report. Haven't tested it on big sites yet. Now im curious is it really this easy to de index someone site from google search ?

In my opinion, this method might be inconvenient for small websites that lack experience in handling such issues. However, for large websites or professional SEO specialists, they can restore it with just a few clicks, and you could even face a counter lawsuit.

Can you clarify how this works? I have addresses of my house on random sites and I really want this removed. Tried manually but google isn't removing it.

Filing false or abusive DMCA complaints to remove pages from Google can create serious legal and account consequences.
Google does process valid copyright takedown requests quickly in many cases, which is why it may appear “easy” to de-index content temporarily. But large-scale abuse is heavily monitored.

It’s definitely not that easy in the long run. Google’s legal team manually reviews DMCA requests for high-authority domains, and mass-reporting often leads to the reporting account being blacklisted. Plus, once a site owner files a counter-notice, your information is exposed, which can lead to serious legal repercussions that usually aren't worth the risk.

Serious legal repercussions?

Nothing is going to happen. Companies only pursue individuals if it's worth the legal fees to go after them. In 99.99% of cases, it isn't. It also isn't easy to get your content restored as you need to file an appeal and that takes time which doesn't guarantee Google will approve your appeal either. I have had false DMCA complaints filed and it took over a week to get Google to grant the appeal after multiple submissions to Google. Additionally, the person who filed the false DMCA complaint filled out "our information" as their information so anybody can enter whatever information in their google account, submit a fake DMCA complaint and then it's up to you if you appeal.

You don't have to worry about anything afterwards. The goal is to report it if it's an actual DMCA violation and ensure success with Google approving your request. The rest doesn't matter.
