SMMnet posted at 6:27am my local time. Lord Cameltoe (your partner in harassing OP) posted 5 minutes later at 6:32am. So according to you, he is just sad sitting around noon and night waiting for OP to post so he could quickly reply. AND WAIT, because YOU actually posted at 6:39am! Within 12 minutes you 2 trolls had already replied. My post was actually 14 minutes after yours.

So, using your own logic, you are actually more sad than me, sitting around obsessed with OP, and apparently me too because you managed to spew out 130+ words of garbage within 6 minutes of my post!

He never said he doesn't have a lawyer. I already explained how "having a lawyer" works. Nobody consults with lawyers on every single issue or post they make. Tell me your experience working with lawyers though, I would love to hear it. Do you know how much an average corporate lawyer charges per hour in North America, and how they break down their fees/billing? Probably not, because again, you are an ignorant hateful person.

@SMMnet, did you verify that all the detected violations were actual violations, or did you simply send DMCAs to the entire list?

My mother's site received a DMCA purporting to be from you, but the design and third-party scripts predate your site by several years, and the only similarity is a vaguely similar blue background.

Yes. It is easily detectable when the site is exactly the same as mine. They are also running ads on BHW claiming my work to be their own.

Thank you for the non-answer. I wasn't talking about other members, I was asking about my mother's website, which predates yours by years and does not use any of your content or scripts.

Is your script older than 19 years? Is your design older than 19 years? Archive.org tells me that both are less than six months old.

I am 100% sure that her site does not use your themes nor scripts, so could you please clarify that you have legitimate ownership of the content being claimed under DMCA?

I do not have to prove anything to anyone.. I have already taken the proper procedure by providing evidence to the hosting company.

I am absolutely 100% sure that you do not own the open-source script installed on her site in 2017, nor do you own the theme installed at that same time.

... You are far from being correct. The amazing thing is that you guys think that reading negative text effects me. I get the questions from people, I get the funds deposited, I get the messages every day, I get the compliments of service, I get the compliments of knowledge I provide here. I also get these things on a regular basis so when you say things like "you ruined your career here for good" this makes no sense because I am currently very thankful for the audience and client base I am building here. Sad to say, the 3-5 of you guys are not going to be the ones to ride the journey with me. That's ok. I hope the best of you guys and thank you guys for the impressions but at this rate it is a bit much and I will have to report all your replies for hijacking on future posts. I hope the best of you guys, let me know if you need any help with anything and I will be glad to assist.

SMM.net was used by Sholam Management Manpower for a few years since 1998, and then someone using it to redirect to a facebook page up until 2014.

He hasn't even got a paid DMCA. He has a DMCA badge for 29 days. I'd bet my left bollock he's not even got an email or anything from the DMCA. Anyone with a grain of common sense can see what this thread is all about yet again. Like every single thread he posts.

Please don't include me in any of your arguments. I am not harassing OP and you clearly don't understand the difference between calling out potential bullshit and harassing members. I have been in this game for well over 15 years, have built up MANY big projects and have seen LOTS of bullshit artists. So I call it out when I see it.

Maybe you don't understand it yet, but calling out potential bullshit is actually a favor for this forum. It helps the newer people avoid getting scammed or falling for false information. (Note: I'm not calling OP a scammer. I don't know him or his business. I am simply speaking in broad terms).

However, I've noticed that you seem to jump into threads immediately defending other members like you're some sort of social justice warrior when it's clear you don't grasp how the information given by other people can be misleading or the risks involved of spreading such information. I don't know what you're agenda is or if you're simply naive... but what you're doing is not working in this forum's best interests.
