Looks like you also went to his Instagram..

I provided them the documentation that they requested for. I am pretty sure it is different for everyone, so here is a link to get your answer.
You said it was a DIY notice, why should I contact some unrelated company that's not mentioned anywhere on the documents?
I did it the DIY way and it walks you through step-by-step.

I gave you the correct link to go to, not sure what else you need sorry about that. The takedown options are DIY or pay them.

I think you misunderstood. YOU filed the complaint against my mother's site. I am simply asking for clarification on what aspect of her site was infringing on YOUR copyright.

Congrats on the DMCA or the weekly newsletter? ;)

Oh, your saying you got a letter from me and the DMCA? I would suggest just following what that letter says so future procedures do not occur..

I got a letter purporting to be from your company, claiming that the entire site is infringing on your copyrights.

Since the site in question was built in 2017 and has no similarities with yours whatsoever, I am simply seeking clarification of what aspects of the design and/or script are infringing on your rights.

Again, if you got the letter from me, then follow the steps the letter says. It's a copyright claim. If you do not follow the steps, future steps will need to be taken which involves your hosting company and my delete button.

I guarantee he will not explain

So now you're threatening my mother's unrelated site solely due to our disagreement here?

The point is your trolling. I don't send DMCA notices using my company email. I also paid them to take care of some cases. If you have an issue with a previous DMCA claim, you should read the letter and follow the steps given. Also, yes. I am threatening that if you got a copyright claim from me, and you do not fix it, yes. I will have your hosting company handle it.

Policy Group sued Diebold over the takedown requests, arguing that the
Group had the legal right to publish the e-mails. A California court
agreed with the Group and granted a request for summary judgment, after
which Diebold settled with the Group to pay $125,000 for their monetary
losses and legal fees.

Your letter had zero proof of copyright ownership whatsoever, and said that the entire site was infringing. I am simply asking for a list of scripts and designs that you own, so that I can properly clean it up.

Since all these scripts and designs are publicly visible on your site, it should not be any issue to list which are under your copyright, and which are third-party.

... you are taking this out of context. You are also not reading what I say. I cannot continue to beat a dead bush. If you have a concern with a recent copyright claim you got from me, follow the instructions on the DMCA letter you were given.

Sorry for another post
But one very Important and interesting question, can you even send a dmca to someone when you don't have your site/ online business registered and have a LLC?
I don't think so your site is copyrighted if you don't have your business registered in court so how one can even send a DMCA without having the business registered??? The website isn't even registered by law .. it will actually affect you if you Send dmca to someone just because they copied your site and you don't even have your work copyrighted, this websites like DMCA dot come are not the court legislature or government right?

@mickyfu @SMMnet

I am asking a general question..
