DMCA advice

Any one know any good places to handle a DMCA - been fighting this guy who cut pasted my website for 2 months and DMCA.com doesn't seem to be getting anyplace, the hosting provider and ddos service are just passing the buck back and forth and not doing anything. Got to be a way to actually get someone to look at the problem, any advice?

(like they fucking watermarked over my watermarks for the pictures we have, its pretty fucking blatant and the hosting guys are like.... "we don't see it"
