DM problem with FollowLiker, pretty sure its user error. Need some help.

On my accounts for some reason half the DM's when i check them on my phone are going to a blank person, like its showing it sent and when i click on it the little circle that should be a users profile picture is just blank. I don't know what to do as i depend on DM's a lot for my business. I also was wondering about the scrape user/ only send DM to scraped user setting, what exactly does that do/mean. I have been playing around with DM limits and am trying to find a good fit and now that i have I think I have messed it up. Also, on my phone i can send DM's but on followliker i am continuing to get the err message from all my account for DM.
