Basically what you want to do is use an API based automation software and buy accounts to send the DMS promoting your main accounts.

DON'T USE YOUR MAIN ACCOUNT you will get flagged in zero seconds and probably banned

ManyChat seems good for DM automation, but make sure to add wait times between messages. It has its drawbacks, but it’s a solid tool for now.

I’d recommend using a mass DM service if you’ve already scraped a list of people, so your accounts don’t get terminated.
