I buy 20 reddit comments from Re Mandoza, he give me 7 days warranty, after 6 days only 2 comments stick and all other comments remove, I want refill and he is unable to do so, now I want my money back and he is not replying.

@Re Mandoza, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

I would like to clarify the actual delivery.

The order included 1 Reddit post and 20 Reddit comments.

At the end of the warranty period, the Reddit post was still live and several comments (around 3) were also still live. Therefore, the order was not a complete failure.

Some comments were removed during the Reddit ban wave, and I was working on replacing them. I never refused to provide support or abandoned the order.

Since part of the service remained live and was successfully delivered, I do not believe a full refund is fair. If any refund is considered, it should only apply to the undelivered portion of the order, not the entire payment.

I am willing to cooperate with the moderator to reach a fair resolution.

You never asked me about the price of any individual item. You gave me the complete package, and I told you the price for that package. You never asked me how much each item cost separately.Normally, a Reddit post sells for around $50.

I've provided all the evidence. The moderators can now make their decision. I'm also ready to issue a refund, but only for what was actually agreed upon. You're incorrectly counting the post as a comment, which isn't right. An article/post is one thing, while a comment is a separate thing.Any Reddit user knows that a post costs more than a comment. They're two different services, and a post is always priced higher than a comment.
 
if you told me before your main post is $50, I will never buy from you, other reddit provider post the main post free and only take money for the comments.
 
The cost of Reddit posts has always been higher, and I'm sure even the moderators are aware of that. If you're not satisfied, just send me your ID and I'll issue you a refund. There's no point in wasting either your time or mine.
