Please I need help, I have written to this seller to purchase a wise account and he has scammed me, he does not respond to me and I am afraid of losing the money, please help. I have sent him 300 USDT and after receiving it he has not answered me again, he even changed his username on Telegram twice.

Maybe we don't talk directly here, but if it started when he posted that sale, are you going to tell me that a guy who scams others in this forum is going to get away with it? I have proof of the entire conversation with the Telegram user that he puts in his ad and now he has changed it, although I know that he will not return my money at least I want him to be banned from here because he is a thief. We've talked here on the platform but the guy is trying to act like he doesn't know me.

I've handled this one on behalf of @AlwaysAlan. Evidently, the accused has been online responding to WTB threads and they've been given more than enough time to respond to this dispute.

Dispute Summary

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.
