Yes, I know. I got the recommendation to just buy the sim-cards from Germany and then use it at my location via roaming but I assume in this case I wll simply get an IP address from the cell phone tower next door. Another thing is that in many countries you have to go to the shop of the mobile provider in person and show them your passport to get a sim-card. So the solution would maybe to pay someone to buy the sim-cards and setup the modem in his home so I can use the IPs from there. But probably that will be to expensive and it's better to simply use one of the many residential/mobile IP provider?
@SocialMediaNetwork did it for me amazing guy!! he did it with teamviwer in 30mn! i kept asking him and ask and ask and he never get board lol i recommand him ifyou don't waste your time and keep making mistakes he knows what he is doing!

I've tried your nice guide with my laptop ( installed Raspbian OS) and Huawei E3372 dongle ( hilink mode, support IPv4 & IPv6 )

I bought a raspberry pi 4, mf667 modems (5 pieces), I opened the 3128 port.
When I add the modem to the usb and I check up with CMD, instead of 9d2:1405 or 1403, I get the 19d2:0117.
I have no clue how the heck do I get it to 1405 or 1403. Do I have to install the modem or what?

OP you can add more than 14 device per pi 
but not on raspbian using other linux distro
You get 14 proxy for each pi you have and 14 dongle you have
To those who feels issue for dynamic ip, don't have static public ip please use VPN

Is it really worth that much effort to get a couple of mobile IPs from around the corner when you can get residential/mobile IPs from around the world for cheap money?

I don't want to promote any special provider here, but make a quick research and you will find plenty of them nowadays.

I did enough of research and can't find 4G proxy with unlimited bandwidth under 60-80$/month. If you need just one thread - probably it's not worth effort, but if one needs more than 4-5 threads then it adds up pretty quickly and it's no where close to 'cheap money' if you need 10+ threads. Now Im running 25 threads with my DIY setup and it costs me around 350$/month, for using any provider here - it would be at least 1000$.
If I want to create for example 200 unique IP's/proxies.. do I need 200 simcards + dongles? or is there an option to create alias IP's from 1 unique IP? so for example 192.168.12, 192.168.13, 192.168.14 etc etc.. otherwise buying 200 dongles etc will be very expensive

that's insane.. I saw this company providing hardware + software for creating your own mobile ISP proxies.. they said you'll save money etc: https://proxidize.com/special-offers . Their offering 20 dongles (20 ISP) + 1 year license software for 2000$.. so I need to invest 20.000$ in order to get 200 proxies.. that sounds a bit too crazy for me. I can buy 200 mobile ISP off a provider for 440$ monthly.. that will cost me 5280$ yearly. How is it possible that the provider can offer me 200 proxies for that relatively low cost?
