I went through a mess like this...just make sure whatever you do to consult a attorney that you have confidence in....if you hire or have an attorney you do not trust I can promise you will not get the results you are looking for....people overlook that the relationship you have with your attorney should be based on trust more than anything. If he does not trust you and you do not trust him your outcome will always be negative.
