Diversifying anchor texts

I am looking to diversify anchor texts for a money page. I don't want to add a lot, just 10-15 links. What would be the fastest but still a safe way to do this by linking directly to the money page?

Raw URL, and variations of the raw URL along with brand-related keywords. Then expand with LSI keywords. All this is assuming you actually KNOW what a good keyword density is for your keyword/niche of course. Because it varies widely niche to niche.

You can do guest post on authority site, submit articles to news site, infographic site, web 2.0 site, answer and question site, research your competitor backlinks and use it for your site, etc..
