Hello friends. I want to share information with you. I claimed my own videos with distrokid. I have distrokid account since December until today. This time DistroKid deleted my music, youtube content id claim, amazon unlimited and etc...
I wrote to him Support and they told me "your releases has been rejected due to editorial discretion. We wish you the best of luck moving forward with another distributor. "
This is not answer for me. I do not know the real reason. Even good I don't have money at distrokid balance.
I have only 0.20 cents and they block my money. If i have many money, They will block me.

I have question. Which studio do you recommend for Youtube content ID trick?
Will you test any?

Same thing will happen with other distros obviously you did something wrong...
 
what exactly happen ? what videos did you upload on yt ? what nieche ? and how long u left the there were u band on ytor someting looks like tho :)))
 
dont use distrokid. its a scam.
there are some strange things going on at de service. feel like the funds are withheld. for usa streams you often hardly get 1 usd. never again distrokid!

I swear I don't understand why clueless people come in this botting side of things, the same thing is happening to all other distros, they are all toughening up especially the ones that offer spotify services, if distro's don't show platforms they are toughning up against botters/abusers platforms could withhold all their money, this thing happened to another distro called Novecore, because they were offering BTC payouts they were being abused by so many botters, then spotify decided to not pay them anymore when they found out I guess and people couldn't release to spotify anymore until Novecore showed to spotify it banned most/all botters from their platform.
 
no, talk to people/artists who are registered there. this applies to all streams, regardless of whether they are premium or free. it's no coincidence that there are so many complaints on youtube.

You also have to realise that distrokid is probably the largest public distro compared to others :/ so its bound to get more people talking about it, also thats why Spotify partly owns distrokid and some say they may have further control.
 
I had the exact same thing happened to me, I made like 100k views before they eliminated my songs and they said they are going to pay me whatever I collected before they banned me but we'll see, we did something wrong but we shouldnt stay with distrokid
