Currently my ads are being distributed irregularly, I always turn on ads according to the time frame of the account but some days they spend a lot but other days they spend very little. Does anyone know how to fix it?

It often depends on factors like competition, daily auction dynamics, and the learning phase of the campaign. Sometimes the system spends more when it sees higher conversion opportunities, and less when traffic quality looks weaker.

Campaign spending depends on ad distribution, turning your campaign on and off every day will cause uneven ad distribution, you should keep your campaign running continuously or keep your budget small when you don't really want to spend during that time.

Uneven ad spend is usually due to competition, auction dynamics, and the learning phase — keep campaigns running continuously or lower the budget instead of turning them on and off daily for more stable delivery.

Uneven delivery can be caused by unstable evaluation and machine learning phases, limited budgets over time frames, or target files that change throughout the day. You should test more broadly, using a full-day schedule so that the AI and pixels can optimize better.

It depends on the time. How much do you bid? If the bid is small, the delivery may be much slower. But also avoid increasing the bid too high at the end of the day. Otherwise, you will be out of money.

That’s normal with Facebook’s algorithmic delivery spend isn’t always even day to day. It optimizes based on auction competition, audience activity, and your budget/bid setup.
To smooth it out:
  • Use a lifetime budget instead of daily.
  • Keep campaigns running long enough for the learning phase to stabilize.
  • Avoid turning ads on/off too often it resets learning.
The system will always have some fluctuation, but these steps reduce the irregular spikes.
Would you like me to explain how the “learning phase” works so you know why spend behaves like that?

I’m facing the same issue. Some days my ads spend normally but then suddenly drop, even though I keep the same schedule. What could be the reason for this?

I've been hearing about bidding lately, it seems to affect ad spend and delivery too.

Turning your campaign on and off every day will cause uneven distribution of ads, your campaign spend depends on the learning phase of the campaign, the system will spend more when it sees a higher chance of conversion, and less when the traffic quality seems weaker, you should keep the campaign running continuously or keep the budget low when you don't really want to spend during that time.

I also encountered the same situation, many days without distribution. I have no experience so I don't know how to handle it, hope to receive more sharing from everyone

You should give the algorithm enough data by running continuously all day, avoid squeezing the time frame too tight, and combine a stable budget for smoother distribution.

Avoid frequently turning your campaigns on and off. When you reactivate them after pausing, Facebook has to relearn and re-optimize the delivery from scratch. As a result, your campaign will be at a disadvantage compared to others that have been running consistently

irregular spend usually comes from account trust or learning phase resets. if budget/daily activity isn’t stable, FB throttles and then overspends next cycle. i’ve had days with the same setup spend 5x different. do you notice it happens more after edits or even on steady runs too?

Ads are also distributed and adjusted by day. So you should limit turning on and off the ad campaign. Otherwise, the ad will be redistributed from the beginning.

But these are accounts that do not spend anything.

yes i will try but most importantly i cant waste time on advertising that doesnt bring results

did you see my question i still turn them on everyday and budget regularly

Yes, I understand that sometimes when we create an ad with an Advantage section, Facebook will automatically distribute the budget according to the results. Some days it increases, but some days it decreases to ensure that we do not spend more than the budget for a week.

i figured it out like this
i recreated another ad and when i created it i didn't choose to auto allocate budget to the best opportunities for the whole campaign, i chose to budget for each ad group which is better
