Distressed need help with a programmer for server

I have a traffic bot that I'm trying to install on a server and run from the server... I don't know how to install it or the specs I need to run on the server and how many impresssions I can get from the server per month.

Looking for someone with experience setting it up on a server for bot install

I can't help you with the impressions, but I might be able to figure out how to get it running, do you know what language it's written in? Can you share the code or is it something you purchased?
