Don't misunderstand blackhat techniques, they're not something you go "full blast" on so to speak. Making a mistake with blackhat methods will only hasten falling in the SERPs.
Great to hear your site still exists and popped back in the charts. You said you're in a competitive market, and this will explain the need for BETTER backlinks, not necessarily MORE.
You are successful, you just need to claim it.

Yes every backlink I got is good quality. That was my idea from the beginning. I got one backlink from wikipedia.org..

I think I try to build more of good quality links.

If you've bounced back it seems like a dance. If you haven't done any changes or backlinks then it was probably just an algorithm update changing things up a bit.

1. Analyse the back links (number & profile) of the top 10 to inform your link building

2. Get links from relevant pr sites. Build links in windows of time close to posting new content and mix it up with social shares...

All back links have somekind of relevance, some more and some very relevant. Newer looked PR number although, I thought that is more natural in that way, but I got good PR sites too linking to my site.

What kind of backlinks I need? Particilurary where I should get those? I can make blog comments easily and automated (via program), but I dont know would it help or make things more bad?

I "promote" my site in youtube and google+ too. I write quality posts on Google+. I write forums about my site and got backlinks there too + I make regular manual blog commenting a little. Some of my links are no-follow some do-follow, mostly no-follow.

hey all u have to do is build the right links to your site and it will stop , most time when a site is doing this google don't trust it right away pm your site url and I will be able to tell u more but I have to look at it
