So I uploaded a compilation a few days ago, it's now on page one on Youtube and Google and getting tons of views. I woke up today to find my video has been hit by a copyright notice by fucking JukinVideoNetwork.

I'm thinking of filing a dispute with "The content is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection."
Any ideas :?

Well... are you using content that they own? If so what choice do you have but to remove the video?

If JukinVideoNetworks have claimed your video it is because a clip in the compilation is represented by them on behalf of the owners. They have a duty to protect the copyright of the clips. Disputing the video is telling youtube you own the video which is not the case and will only force Jukin to remove the video instead of claiming it. BTW this is not 'fair use', it is stealing as he has outright copied the video without any transformative use.
