hello guys, recently a customer bought an iptv subscription on my site without having the free trial (which I hate) after he sent me an email saying that the account does not work. Which is not true. I was able to access the account myself and found that everything works as it should. I wanted to help him because I know it's easy to do this kind of thing but he ignored my emails and now he's opened a dispute on paypal saying that I'm an iptv seller and that I scammed him. Fortunately I only had $20 on my paypal and I chose to give him his money back without waiting to send proof etc.. My question now, is it risky to continue using this paypal for iptv?

For this case you can refund the money, Yes, it is already on risk as buyer already opened dispute, If somehow paypal team review that dispute your account at risk.

Don't use it anymore

PayPal can and often does review disputes even when you refund quickly.

IF you they do that, you will lose the account.

Comes with the nature of the territory/niche. You should have 5-10 Paypal accounts at least to deal with these issues and inevitable limitiations (they happen to every single provider; don't let anyone try to convince you otherwise.)

Factor all this into your pricing model and always have enough accounts on hand, spread your risk and spread the transactions.

There are hidden gems you just have to search, no more paypal no more stripe

There are alternatives, but none anywhere near as good or trusted from the buyers perspective.

Cloaked or Stealth PayPal/Stripe is still the gold standard. I'm speaking from 18 years of experience.

Suggesting no PayPal or Stripe is ridiculous; you're cutting your conversions in half at least, fact.

By all means use other methods to supplement the above two, this is good common sense. But they'll never replace them in terms of use percentage.

You're right, somehow buyers are looking for smooth and easy way to pay.

Good that you refunded him quickly. It's easier that way. Stop using this paypal account for iptv payments for a few days. If they don't take any action, you can resume accepting payments, but sooner or later you'll get banned from paypal.

Long as you use Paypal my friend, this will happen. Any client can smoke your paypal account.

Just prepare a back up.

Paypal hates IPTV. But if you know how to use it, Paypal is the best processor for IPTV. If you know know, you should work with a Paypal expert.

I haven't had any refunds since I started. The only refund I had was from a competitor -old friend- lol.
