Dispute lost on ebay..possible to win on paypal?

I recently lost a dispute on ebay cause of a buyer. I drop shipped and didnt do it correctly im from canada and the item came from China..buyer told ebay and won..now im trying to see if i can win thru paypal is it possible? I talked to paypal there holding my money but it will be accessible on the 22nd they talked to ebay customer service and they and they said they got no information..so it seems that paypal has no clue of what went on, on ebay.. i just wanna f*ck over the buyer cause this buyer was an a**hole about the whole situtation i knew i was in trouble and was tryna work it out but the buyer soo wanted me to get banned..also the original of the fake item i sold retail price is $300 i sold on ebay for $150 (anyone with a brain would know its too good to be true) anyways just wanted to know if its possible to win on paypal?

You are kind of rude for a Canadian. Are you originally from Canada? You are giving us a bad name. Canadians aren't supposed to talk that way. You really believe that no intelligent person would be able to believe they are just getting a deal at half price?

If the original sold for $300, and you sold for $20-$50, then I could understand your reasoning. But to sell for $150, that buyer most likely believed they were getting a legitimate item and felt ripped off by you. I can't believe you are just trying to screw over the buyer when you are the one selling knockoffs.

Selling knockoffs/replicas comes with a risk, especially when using Ebay to do it. That is the price of doing business in an illegal trade. I don't think the buyer was in the wrong here. For all anyone knows, it was a setup from the beginning from an employee of the company or someone who investigates knockoff selling for a living. I only approve of knockoff selling when its VERY clear to everyone its a fake, which on Ebay, that is sometimes not clear at all.

I dont need to hear that BS there are nice and mean people everywhere u sound american saying that, just like how they would say "Canadians are boring..They dont say this or do that" etc.. stereotypes..also how i wrote that was rude out of anger but im not a rude person..it was setup because i found out the same buyer also sells stuff himself so he mostly did it to lower competition.. also when u said "You really believe that no intelligent person would be able to believe they are just getting a deal at half price?" anyone who thinks they CAN get HIGH END ESTABLISH brand items at half price has to be an idiot..the real company doesnt do half price wit that being said why would I? why would someone pay $300 then sell it for $150(unless it was used in my case its brand new with tags)..someone with knowledge would question it, if not they SHOULD know its fake in this case the buyer didnt do either just bought it.. that says alot right there.also 95% items on ebay are fake lolll

Get out of here with that crap. You really believe that nobody ever sells anything for half the original or suggested retail price? People don't always question things because they want it to be true, and they know that if you are lying, they can always file a dispute which is what happened here. The internet is full a naive people, and Ebay is ground zero for uninformed shoppers. The reason Ebay is so popular is because people tell other people about the great deal they got, brand new merchandise for a fraction of the cost in a retail outlet.

I understand that you feel he set you up from the beginning, but you still have to realize you can't just screw this guy over because he caught you. That is the game. If he won the dispute, then you obviously misrepresented the product you were selling. I don't care if people sell knockoffs, I just want it to be clear as day that they are knockoffs so the buyer doesn't get screwed. Especially if it was a product where the quality may have been lesser than an original.

you know what man you should have refunded immediately and lose the money. It's not worth it even if youare selling legit this can still happen.

All ebay wants is happy BUYERS they don't care about sellers because you need them worse than they need you since sellers are everywhere.

If you are selling on ebay it is best to offer 100% refund customer satisfaction and do whatever you can to satisfy customer. This is what ebay expects you to do. Even doing this you are still at risk, NEVER base your entire business on one model including ebay, or make sure you have multiple accounts, and get more accounts asap, don't wait, it's going to take 90 days for a new seller account to get limits off etc.

It doesn't matter WHAT you sell you are at risk on ebay, unhappy customers, or nasty competitors can screw you in a second, and if ebay decides you sold too many iphones, or whatever they can cancel you no questions asked.
