It's not even the main point, you delivered the account even later (u failed with the first attempt) and it was suspended. And now you don't refund. That's all.

A refund is in order for this particular situation.

BTW, your sales thread is closed as you have an (several actually) open dispute and you cannot sell when one has an open dispute.

This is the second one of your ads account sellers that has scammed me in as many weeks. How about you spend your resources vetting your advertisers better before you take their money and let them loose on the community?

And yes I’ve blocked him. I can’t stand messaging him any longer. He has my bitcoin address so he can refund me at any time which we all know he’s not going to do despite the refund guarantee in his advert.

I sent him an account, why should I return the funds to him?
his account was not banned it was just delayed delivery I don't have a refund policy for this
In addition, he repeatedly violated the community rules

I think i got scammed too by easy ads shop. I paid him 1000$ for account. The adversiter google account was supposed to be verified and have 600$ balance to spend on ads.
After i spent 100$, the account got locked for "unpaid balance". This account has been like this for like 1-2 weeks now and no help or reply from seller. I will open seperate dispute against this seller.

- Summary of Dispute: First i wanted to test a account from him and buy one. We agreed on deal for account for 380$ and balance 200$ to spend on ads. After i sent him the money, he suddenly remembers, that he has even better account, i only need to pay more to get the better account. It has 600$ balance and if i pay 400$ more, i get the better account. I agreed on this, and sent him the 400$ more and also 70$ for rdp + proxy setup. (The rdp is using ukraine mobile and is costing 30$ a week to upkeek for 1gb data).
31.1.2024 i was given access to the account. I immediately made campaign happy with the account, but after 100$ spent on campaign, the account got blocked for "unpaid balance" on 2.1.2024. - The google was asking for documents regarding the account payment card, what was attached to it. The seller promised to fix the issue. He provided some kind of document, what google then rejected and said it's not valid. This battle of fixing the account has been for 2 weeks now, i want refund. The seller is also very inactive, you have to spam him 5 times to get any reply. Before i paid him for the account, he always replied instantly. After the problems begin, he dont reply active, even tho he's online.

The account was blocked after you started an advertising campaign and spent money, in this case a refund or replacement is out of the question. firstly, secondly, they just asked for additional confirmation of another card , which I can provide you with
