I expect the staff to ban the guy, if he does not reply here. He's not replying and he wrote on telegram that he's not gonna refund. And he's not replying since more than 24 hours in this chat.
His behaviour is really bad.

yes, you are right. Banning him would mean 0% chance to get some money back.
But if he will not reply and pay, banning him would mean that he will not scam other members.

He is not selling to anyone new on here and has not since this thread was opened as that is part of the DR process.

ok. So what is then?
He firstly wrote he would have refund me (taking other days). I said I did not trust him any more and wanted money back now otherwise I opened a dispute post.
After that he blackmailed me saying if I opened a dispute post, he would not have paid me because he had another dispute open. Lastly, he sent me a message on telegram wishing good luck and telling that now is not his interest any more to send money back.
What happens now? he does not reply on telegram. He does not reply here. I am not seeing money back.
Is the staff trying to reach him on dm?
Waiting a person who says "if you open a dispute post you can say goodbye to your refund" and then does not even reply here, maybe will not take to a resolution.

What is going on behind the scenes is really not something I share but you are taking up time causing me to respond to your posts when I could be doing actual work.
