(1.) I want a full refund of the entire order, the full $1,500 USDT (no replacement posts)
I no longer want any of his shitty posts. It's impossible now for any other form of remediation. And I don't want GNews tied to or linked with my client's brand anymore.

(2.) I demand GNews remove at once, the post he made in his BST where he doxxed my client's project (for which GNews had signed a NDA not to disclose). GNews should also remove immediately, all the shitty posts he made about us on those phony sites.

• Summary of Dispute:

I had contracted GNews to create Google news on behalf of a Crypto brand that I represent, but GNews didn't deliver as advertised in his BST.

Foremost, GNews deliberately kept back the identity of the sites he has chosen by himself to make the Google news posts, and he ignored every attempts to make him reveal them. It took GNews 14-calendar days to write and turn-in a draft article for any of the 3 posts, and when he finally did after 2 separate complaints from me, the 3 articles were promptly proof-read and approved for publication - still without knowing the sites on which they will be published.

Second, chose and used 2 extremely poorest of the poor sites for the premium service for which he was well-paid. When I decided to verify the traffic stat of the now-revealed sites, the data was abysmally abject. I proceeded to protest the despicable service to GNews, so he could clean-up his own mess to no avail, and every well-meaning attempts to remonstrate with him equally failed.

Since that time, GNews had hurled several insults and abuses at my person, my client's project, and everything he could mouth-off to. GNews threatened me severally, wanted to ambush and cheat me out of my rights to a proper redress here at BHW, and ultimately make me forfeit my right to a full refund. It is worth noting that I was patient, gave GNews the benefit of the doubt severally, and fully exhausted every avenue available to make him do the right thing.

Finally, after all else failed, I decided it was time to bring up the issue here for proper mediation. My demands are simple. Considering GNews' absolutely terrible behaviour, and refusal to fix his own mess after several weeks, I have resolved I no longer want to have anything to do with him or his service. Hence, I now want a full refund of the $1,500 USDT I had paid him for the service he failed to render.

Foremost, I'm sorry this dispute is twisted and rather long with numerous screenshots sections (this was the only way to provide proper context to the entire multi-faceted issue, and to expose the seller's numerous lies that are way too many to count).

I'm still in possession of our entire chats log and can produce same (if requested) — with or without the screenshots.

I hope well-meaning members of this forum will see who did wrong here, and judge accordingly. Let everyone take the time to follow the storyline, carefully compare the screenshots (on which I provided additional explanation and commentary), and GNews' own screenshots, and gauge who did wrong.

I made it clear to the guy I would not work with him after this due to his attitude and that's when made the statement cancel the rest and refund him $500. An agreement was made. I moved on.

@GNews I think this part here is important. Can you show where @haroldoyin requested and agreed to the $500 refund? If both of you already agreed to this, then this isn't really an issue for us here as you can just refund him and end this. If @haroldoyin isn't sending you the address for whatever reason, that's on him and not you and we can close this dispute.

Judging by your comment, are you saying it's ok, a dishonest seller can keep his client's money, as long as the seller does a piss-poor mess of a job, fails to deliver as advertised, breaks his TAT agreement on his BST that BHW claims is sacred, and goes against a legally-binding pre-work agreement he already signed?

If you had troubles reading and following the screenshots I had shared in the original thread with detailed context provided, at least, you as the mediator, should have reached out and ask for access to entire chats log or screenshots (without the additional information I provided on the initial screenshots).

To set the records straight, I agreed to receive my full refund of $1,500 USDT and stated this severally, not just the last $500 USDT payment I had sent him (since payments were done in 2 tranches as pre-agreed with GNews and the screenshots proof of payments submitted here also reveal this). I never agreed to settle this dispute with GNews only for a-third of the total fund I paid for the disservice I got, while forfeiting the rest of the money (a tact GNews used repeatedly to scam me of the larger part of the money, and which you @AlwaysAlan that is supposed to mediate without bias, is also trying to use to blackmail me, judging by your only comment so far since the time you approved this dispute thread Monday 6th March). My screenshots proof showed how I asked him to send back first, the final $500 payment, then the rest of the money he received several days earlier.

@GNews didn't deliver as advertised (this was my original grouse with him, even after several attempts to make him do the right thing were met with such childish tantrums, threats and insults from GNews).

<< My demands are simple, and hereby re-stated for clarity: >>
(1.) As of 10th of February till date, only a full refund of the order ($1,500 USDT) will suffice, and not just the last part payment which I had asked him to make as soon as he decided to break the pre-set TAT of the entire order.

Note: In what world are the 2 annoyingly poor posts he made equal $1,000 (which both GNews and the screenshots of our chats revealed were the least packages? While the biggest, most expensive news site + his so-called Reddit shilling combined packages, which he failed to do within the agreed TAT, now equal a meagre $500?) Think about this!

The actual owner of CryptoMode.com charges only $150 to post news on his website (I made my findings), while @GNews ' CryptoCoinOpps.com horse shit isn't even worth $5, let alone publishing anything meaningful on it.

All of these would have been avoided entirely had GNews done the right thing from the outset by revealing the identity of the 3 news websites he would post the 3 news articles to and their traffic stats as I had requested for them 3 times before he carried out his "work". If GNews had provided these important SEO info beforehand and I still went ahead with the order, based on that revelation, then I'd have no reason to complain to him or here! But no, @GNews had been dishonest and shoddy from the very beginning.

(2.) Also, in case you missed it, my demands also include GNews removing my client's project name from his BST, and every reference anywhere else (we signed a NDA, and I'm in possession of his actual company and his personal details — name, company info, physical address, signature, and other particulars — despite GNews' deleting the data from the chat history, I'm still in possession of the NDA doc we signed which contain all this important info). A righteous, amicable resolution here is in his own best interests.

Thanks for checking his IP and confirming he's likely been a banned user of BHW. From experience, I'm sure he's scammed others before. All they ever do is "let me pay you part now and part later" then pull some weird stunt when it comes time to complete playment.

The last request i have is to remove his last comments from my post. He didn't even order that service he put the verbally abusive response; He ordered from another. And his 'review' contradicts the telegram conversation.

He says he didn't know he was getting a low traffic site --- When it's clearly stated in conversation. (see the BST thread reply I made) Bronze sites are my lowest tier of sites. He declined all upgrades I suggested including an expedited turnaround Time. His words exactly, He could not pay/afford it.

And even then, that site , when shilled as I said -- ranked on 1st page in Google search before going to 2nd page. (reddit thread0

And as you can see in this shit list post .. He does not read. He does not comprehend. He does not follow agreements.

He acts like a person who's "looped in fantasy" and when he can't have his ways; will do anything to cheat his way to a 'free anything'

I just helped a crypto client make $200k+ market cap in 2 weeks. We've used this same process this guy backed out of.

It's clear to me his plan is to scam whatever

Yup. Goes out tomorrow. I dont work weekends as advertised. I tried to talk sense to him but he refused . So I went back go ignoring him.

I can only image what you're dealing with -- He FINALLY sent me a BEP20 on the weekend, got it set up today and money's on it's way tomorrow.\\

Then I'll send him a thank you note and move on. Keep it positive.

Traffic aside, if you look at the backlink profile, the 2 top links on that site are the exact same links that the seller offered/sold to OP.
Cryptonews and cryptomode.....and these are not natural links, as you can see that the cryptonews link has blatantly out of place anchor text and it even says on that page: "Disclaimer: The text below is an advertorial article that is not part of Cryptonews.com editorial content."

Did you look how i advertised to him the site AFTER HE ASKED FOR A CHEAP PACKAGE and declined pricesafter I told him rates for higher quality sites?
