Given the consistency of information above provided by a wide variety of users, the verifiable DMs from a few of the buyers above, and the seller still offering services using the same wallet address and Telegram before this issue has been resolved; it's clear that It's not safe to keep this user on the platform at this point. Even if I tell him to refund these users, he'll continue dragging this out for as long as he can to keep scamming users.


The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Would it be a good idea to have a “deal with caution” banner for sellers with a shitlist?

I am not sure if this has been brought up before or used.

He lives off of scamming. His old Telegram is no longer active, he moved on, Its just matter of time before he takes more money. Sad how some Individuals have to live, he is incapable of making money in a different way.
