Dispute @bulkemailing vs @charlotteseo

Hi

I created an order for Google Reviews 3 months ago with

He posted reviews and they keep removing in 1-2 days, I asked him multiple times to proceed the refund as you are not able to complete the task
He keep giving excuses that its because of Google Update, New Polices etc, and he will complete the order.
But after 3 months he is not able to produce any results, Now even I have lost the order

So I have asked him to refund my payment but he is not refunding, and only refunding $90
Infact blackmailing that if I create a dispute he will just get banned and I will loss everything

Please get this issues resolved

Information For The Accused
@Charlotteseo - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. Yes, I accept that my reviews dropped but I am reposting them, even I did not give him any guarantee of reviews.

When reviews dropped, he said to me that refund the payment because his client cancelled the order from his side and the he trying blackmailing / torture / forcing me that refund the payment, even I was saying that I will repost the reviews, even I did not give him any guarantee, but he said me he will dispute on BHW.

Charlotteseo Your argument lacks maturity and fails to address the dispute at hand. The dispute revolves around your agreement to provide 50 reviews, which you have not fulfilled. You acknowledged this commitment in last post, so now give evidence where these reviews have been posted?​

The purpose of reviews is defeated if all reviews are removed within 1-2 days of posting. Reviews are bought for reputation of business, if they are not staying what purpose they serve

Rather than completing the order, you've started demanding additional payments. This has left the client frustrated, wasting time and resulting in lost business for me. Despite multiple requests for a refund due to dissatisfaction with your work, you continually stall with excuses.

When I made it clear that unless you refund my payment, I'll have no choice but to initiate a dispute on BHW. However, instead of acknowledging your fault, you've started making fun of me. You claimed that if a dispute is raised, I'd loss all my payment, but the consequences for you would only being banned from BHW, which wouldn't affect you significantly.

Its good that you shared the chat yourself, which proves all my claims. But still if needed I can provide more evidence

Btw he messaged me on skype (date: Nov 29, 2023), there we did deal that i will give reviews and i did not tell me that i will give any guarantee. You can also see on BHW where i gave him any kind of guarantee of review or refund guarantee.

Justice is you owe that person a refund and you are not allowed to sell reviews on the forum going forward.

6 live out of 62 is an indication of something very wrong and that very wrong is not something we would allow to be sold here.

You have 24 hours to refund for the ones that did not stick so a prorated refund is due in the amount of $132.00.

Google reviews is fake activity, and you also know google catching reviews.

One more thing i wanna say here, you have a rule for buyer and you also protect your buyers, so where is justices for seller. i have list of buyer from BHW, who scam with me, these buyer content me from your platform and when i post their reviews they disappear. so who will responsible to get back my money. You ( BHW ) always become middleman from buyer side and so why not support sellers?

Most of the buyers from BHW are Scammer. if want i can share the prove that these buyer from BHW.

Now you will remove the bad points that i mentioned against BHW. Its only seem your platform safe.

Most of the seller on your platform, have fake reviews in their thread like (i placed order) so the real buyer feel they are real order and they place their orders. and then they get scam.

I am here since one year, BHW always remove the threads that against you. because hide your black fact.

This platform is not safe now. All are scammer here

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.
