Disposable email account to open FB accounts?

I am having my VAs open FB accounts. What email accounts are you using to open your FB accounts? FB seems to not like any of the disposable email addresses I can find.

The gmail "+1" trick doesnt work either. Will they have to resort to opening Gmails through proxies?
