Display Url and Target are different

I think I read your question correctly. (How do people have different display URL's than their Target URL)

Just click CAMPAIGNS, Scroll down till you find the Ad group you want to edit, When you move your mouse over the ad you will see a little Pencil in the upper right hand corner. Click that and change where you want your target url to be
