Display geo-targeted ads

Is it possible to display different banners for some countries?
Is there any script wich can do that?

Is it only for Wordpress? Because I don't need an Wordpress plugin.

The best thing you can do is to try it so see if it fits your needs. Anyway, it should be pretty easy to write a simple script to display certain adds using geolocation.
