Currently I am using Hostinger for hosting my normal websites.

I want to ask if you guys are using Hostinger Offshore hosting, can you please share your reviews about it?

Yes, for streaming sites you can use hostinger but if they receive DMCA notice for any link, hostinger support will ask you to remove that link. You can continue streaming.

an offshore hosting doesn't necessarily make it a DMCA ignored hosting,
most of the known hosting companies doesn't support copyrighted materials and will take your website/service down or/and notice you to remove it before doing so,
you can check the marketplace as most of the sellers offer DMCA ignored and have similar prices
