IDEA:

1. Programm Videotube-like modern responsive Website template which embedded porn from major pornsites.

2. Programm Tool that customize 1 by giving Title, Keyword, Url.

3. Programm Tool that embedds new porn videos on daily basis.

So now we habe simple sites which auto embedds daily new stuff.
This Site have affiliate banners und popunders.

5. Programm Tool that download videos from major sites for a given keyword and upload it with Domain watermarked.

4. Per Site we rend a really cheap vps und run tool 5. on it for advertise the pages.

Now this can scale up large because it is nearly no work to great another tube site. you just can scrape all pron categorien, sub categories and sub-sub categories.

They monthly fixed costs are just the main vps which run the tubes. 5-10$ per month
Then additionally you need per site 0,1$ for a really cheap domain (.xyz, .space, ...) and 1$ for the vps.

so each site have to produce 1,1$ per month which is ~0,04$ per day. Think 50-100 could give this amount to break even calculation.

after sites are generate money you also can buy texts to maybe get some seo traffic.

In all seriousness though, I think platforms that perform similar functions to this already exist, maybe check out codecanyon for a version you can edit or maybe have a gander at the BHW marketplace?
