because of too must sitting in the chair for the last 3.4 years,i was recently diagnosed with discus hernia in my neck. and even worse,i can't hear 40% in my left ear. im now drinking medics and hope it will be better. just wanted to tell you, stafy safe and take care of your health. our job is hard as any other. if you detect issues with your hearing,you need to go the hospital IMMEDIATELY. don't wait like i did. that's a friendly advice.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I had the same problem four years ago or around when I was lifting weights and hurt my neck. I was told I needed surgery but got a second opinion, and they said just don't do heavy lifting.

Something that a member here suggested was to get an inverted back titer on craigslist. It helped me immensely, and the only suggestion I could give you is to try DDP yoga. You can find it on Dailymotion or Vimeo

Buy did you do any walking or exercising much within that time?
