Discovery insights for accounts reached

Hello guys,

I think I have a problem on my account. My post gets likes and comments but the discovery is not increase from 3-7% maximum for accounts that were not following me.

For example, look at this post. I have 2.8k comments and still the post is not rasing up.

My profile is not private.
I don't use Hashtags at all.

Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Hashtags are key, you should do some hashtag research. There are services who do professional hashtag research or you could do it yourself.

I see accounts that don't use hashtags at all and gets better discovery insights.
 
Its not compulsory to have hashtags to gain lots of followers and reach. From what I see, you have high reach from home but not from explorer meaning it didn't go viral.

Content is key hence you need to post viral content.
 
How many followers do you have? Also Id also suggets using hashtags, it wont hurt.

3K comments and didn't went viral?

I believe you definitely need to add relevant hashtags to have a higher chance of getting to the explore page; this way the reach will extend to people who are not your followers yet.

Okay I see. So about 3% engagement rate. Not great but not unusual with such big accounts either, that makes it harder to get to explore too sadly.

Yes it was little higher and now I feel that my account is on decrease.
