Discouraged...

Hi all,
I have been a member of this forum for a few years now and have always found it really helpful and the members have been great. I've been in affiliate marketing since late 2006, full time until 2009 when I got divorced, and part-time until now. I'm really interested in getting back into it again on a more full-time basis. I was doing dating offers and promoting a few sites when I was full time, but am now down to just one, and frankly not making much off of it. I'm wanting to get into other offers, i.e education, etc but am not sure where to start. I'm going to keep reading the forums and making notes, and maybe something will gel and I will get my enthusiasm back. Not sure where I intended to go with this, I just needed to vent. Hey... we all get down and discouraged from time to time, and sometimes it's hard to pick ourselves up and get back to work. I know.. been there, done that - more than once in my life . Sometimes, a good thing to try is to observe your own "self-talk" in your mind, and consciously change thoughts into positive ones.

Doing something is better than doing nothing - and getting down does and will keep us from taking action.

Don't think about getting discouraged Mate. Let's think about getting on the top. Law of attraction. What you always think and wish is what would happen.

Keep focused on one site until you get it ranked, monetized and earning. Once you have that you will have your confidence and motivation back.

thanks everyone! My divorce was really ugly--circumstances--and I'm happy my ex is out of my life, even though we worked together. Single mama here ready to make some magic happen again!
