Has anyone here ever heard of discount advertising?

Simply put, when you spend a budget of $10k / day, you only need to pay $6k - $7k to that advertiser. A delicious cake for advertisers with large budgets.

But this service provider will create advertising campaigns for you, because they are Invoice accounts with large credit limits.

Yes they usually use fake/edited docs to get it approved and spend the amount then leave that account without paying.

Those kind of business carry a lot of risks. And there are a lot of scammers doing this as well.
