Its a competitive advantage that no others in our niche offer and our users love it. They don't want post and wait forum style support.

I've read that and it would work to prevent spam bots, but not those competitors spamming manually.

We simply need a similar alternative that allows the server to disable PMs. If they are forced to spam in the channel only, the problem would be solved.

By the time we get the report from the client, they've already hit hundreds of others.
