I try to enter discord and the attached message appears. Has discord been attacked?

This is weird... I haven't done anything to get blocked and yes, I log in with a VPN and I can see everything in order.

Although rare, such things can happen. When such a situation occurs, it returns to normal within 30 minutes at most.
