Disclaimer needet when doing listbuilding?

Hi,

do you need some sort of disclaimer when your build an email list? I basically have some sort of membership site which also offers free membership. Do I have to put some sort of disclaimer when I might spam the shit out of them
It is double opt-in btw.

You don't have to have a disclaimer as long as you follow the ACTS that are in place.
