We did disavow on webmastertools for our site since there's lots of bad backlinks pointing to our site. this is not the first time we did it.. Right now it's been 2 weeks since we do the disavow and request for reconsideration and yet we still didnt get any response from google. Anyways, we change our site from http to https.. does this affect why we still didn't get response from google?
